Common Foam Materials

Polyethylene (PEF)

 
Polyurethane (PUF)

  • Standard sheet size 48"x108".

  • Standard sheet thicknesses 1" & 2", sheets can be cut down (skived) or built-up (laminated) as needed.

  • Available in the following densities and colors:
    0.9#     Grey
    1.2#     Mint Green
    1.7#     White, Blue, Black, Pink (Anti-Static)
    2.2#     White, Black, Pink (Anti-Static)
    4.0#     White, Black
    6.0#     White
    9.0#     White

  • Also available laminated:
    1.7#     White with 1/8" 6# Blue top - most popular for shadow boxes.

  • Soft PEF which is less abrasive than standard PEF is available for delicate parts.

  • Fire Retardant PEF is also available

  

  • Available in sheet sizes up to 84"x48"

  • Sheets can be cut up to 12" thick

  • PUF is not recommended for CNC Routing, use PEF instead.

  • PUF can be cut into sheets, convoluted, or die cut.
